The TU-24 Asteroid

Last night Jan 29, 2008 the TU-29 asteroid had past earth coming dangerously close almost to the point of impact according to NASA. After discovering this and did a small amount of research on the issue it had amazed me just to see what would happen if the asteroid had a negative charge to it. It would’ve had cause massive nature disasters if it hasn’t already done so. But from what i can see nothing has seemed to have happened over night as far as i know of but i could be wrong.
